how it's made.
The process starts with a consultation to figure out what you would like to see. Using your ideas, I'll draft up illustrations digitally and share them with you.
Once a draft is picked, the guitar body will be prepped and colour-coated. This process involves sealing, primer, and colour-coating sprays. Once cured, the selected illustration draft will be hand-drawn onto the body. The body will then be clear coated with either poly, acrylic resin, or nitro lacquer. The clear coat is then final sanded and polished by hand for a glossy/ smooth look.

Drawing on the body
Once we've decided on a draft, I'll begin replicating the illustration onto the body. When the illustration is completed, clear coating and final finishing will take place. It will take me about 5 months to complete your guitar once I start on it.
